Common questions
- I bought the full game. How do I get it on a new device or after reinstalling?
- Sign in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with, open the full-game page (title screen › Options › FULL GAME) and tap RESTORE. On Android it also comes back on its own when the app starts.
- What does the full game include?
- The free game has three decks on the first stake. The one-time purchase opens the other twelve decks, the higher stakes, the twenty challenge runs and Endless mode. Some of these still unlock as you play. It is not a subscription.
- The purchase says "pending".
- Some payment methods take a while to confirm. The game unlocks by itself once the store confirms the payment; keep the app updated and open it again later.
- How do I get a refund?
- Purchases are handled by the store: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play under your order history. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
- Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
- Yes. Progress is saved only on your device and there is no cloud backup, so uninstalling or clearing the app's data erases it. Your full-game purchase is not lost: restore it as above.
- Does it need an internet connection?
- No. The whole game plays offline. A connection is only used to buy or restore the full game and to send anonymous statistics and crash reports.
- How do I stop the app sending statistics?
- Title screen › Options › switch off Share usage stats. This stops both gameplay statistics and crash reports. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Can I ask you to delete my data?
- We don't have accounts, so we can't tell which statistics are yours. Turning off Share usage stats and reinstalling the app gives you new anonymous identifiers. For anything else, email us and we'll help as far as we can.
- Is this real gambling?
- No. Paddlewheel is a card game played for points. Nothing can be wagered, won or cashed out for real money.
